Up for sale is a very nice Oak Hutch and 7 piece Dining room table with chairs made by Richardson Brothers furniture who have been around since 1848. The Hutch measures 82 " tall, 54 1/2" wide and 17" deep. It has a lighted display section with 2 glass shelves. It is in Excellent condition. The table, also in Excellent condition when closed is 68" long. You can add up to 4 leaves which are 11" each. Total length of the table with all 4 leaves added is 112". The table is 41" wide. I purchased this table new in 1990 and only use it for family gatherings. The leaves have been used no more than about 10 times. The pads are included and are in excellent condition. The are 2 arm chairs and 4 regular chairs. The only flaws with the set is that one chair rung is slip at the base and another chair has a broken lower support rung. I don't wish to sell it but I am replacing with another set that has been in my family for many years. There is no shipping on this item so the buyer will have to pick it up or make arrangements with a moving company. The set is located in Smithtown, Long Island, NY, 11787.
